Therefore, as far as possible our staff has been provided with a good nutritious meal, board and lodging conforming to accepted standards, official uniforms, so that they can perform their duties in the factory in a happy and relaxed atmosphere. We are proud to state that, for the first time in Sri Lanka a fully air conditioned “cutting room” has been established which helps to bring sound pollution to the minimum, to the surrounding environment. We are proud to announce that those who work in this “cutting room” are our own employees.

While preserving the dignity of the profession, the confidence, trust and the good relationships established with our customers for a life time are our aim and objectives.

The establishment, “GRAND WINDOWS PVT LIMITED” was started with the determination and intention to provide the most technically sound and trusted Aluminum doors and windows in the market, in order to narrow the gap between trusted and technically sound experience with other similar products. Backed by more than three years training and experience gained abroad, serving as an Aluminum Fabricator instructor, and gaining the experience in the manufacture of doors and windows in two reputed institutions in Sri Lanka, which manufacture Aluminum doors and windows started this institution as a pioneer in the manufacture of Aluminum doors and windows. His contribution backed by his knowledge and experience has resulted in the opening of the Grand Windows Pvt. Limited which establishes the saying “trust and technically perfect “ goods. The deter as stated above this can be addressed and solved by experienced technical personnel. Mention and the will to establish the above concept is the result of the establishment of Grand Windows Pvt Limited”.

The two main problems faced by the customers are “incomplete end products” and brings together “unsuitable and unmatchable “products together.The lack of properly fixing locks in a professional manner, inadequate knowledge in in water draining systems, failing to prepare the surfaces ( surface treatment) with Silicon, using nails without conforming to correct quantities, standards and lack of lists of quantity assessments and many other incomplete factors which can be categorized as incomplete jobs.

Not using locks that do not fit, not using correct wheel and hinges, not using suitable ( Gaskets)- Wool felt and correct use of screws and nails, non use of sealant, are some of the factors that come under “unsuitable interpretation of tools and factors”.
